1990 - The process of internationalisation
The begining of internationalisation. ADR acquires COLAERT ESSIEUX, a well-known French company manufacturing axles and complete suspensions for agricultural and industrial machinery, and Tyremart, now ADR UK, the official dealer of Colaert for the Anglo-Saxon markets. The Polish company ATW was founded, which then became ADR Polska.
