ADR’s hydraulic suspension Alpha Zero receives the EIMA International Technical Evolution award
The award, presented as part of EIMA International 2026, recognizes ADR’s commitment to developing innovative solutions for the agricultural mechanization sector.
Bologna, September 29, 2026 – ADR has received the Technical Evolution award at EIMA International, a recognition dedicated to products that feature original improvements over existing or patented solutions.
The award was granted to the Alpha Zero Hydraulic Suspension, the innovative maintenance-free axle-suspension system.
Drawing on ADR’s extensive experience in the design of axles and suspensions for the agricultural market, the Alpha Zero suspension incorporates elastic components and kinematic mechanisms engineered to operate without the need for periodic lubrication.
All moving parts are supported by elastic technopolymer bushings or sealed joints protected against the ingress of dust, mud, and other contaminants typically encountered in agricultural applications.
The suspension geometry has been developed to optimize load distribution and reduce stress on the axle’s structural components, extending the service life of the entire system. In addition, the axle-suspension assembly offers outstanding corrosion resistance thanks to the use of carefully selected materials and surface treatments specifically designed for agricultural environments.
Thanks to these features, the system delivers true “Zero Maintenance” performance, reducing machine downtime, lowering maintenance costs, and minimizing soil contamination.
