At EIMA International, ADR is showcasing its latest innovations in "next-gen" components.
Hydraulic Suspensions. Let's start with the products, beginning with the Alpha 15 hydraulic suspension, which offers an axle travel of over 250 mm and a transverse inclination angle of up to 12°. It features bolt-mounted attachment points for easy assembly/disassembly, low-maintenance rubber spherical joints, and a non-welded axle bracing. Additionally, ADR presents the Hydro Advanced hydraulic suspension, with axle travel up to 250 mm, double-acting hydraulic cylinders, bolt-mounted attachment points, and a front eccentric system for axle alignment adjustment. These suspensions offer advantages such as the ability to overcome significant terrain differences, stability on difficult surfaces, lightness, maximum structural durability, ease of installation, and practical axle alignment.
Management Systems. At EIMA 2024, ADR will showcase its new multi-level management systems. The most advanced of these is the Smart Tronic system, designed for agricultural machine management. It offers numerous benefits, including electronic control without mechanical connections, ISOBUS integration, gyroscopic sensors for precise position detection, a "Crab" function for specific steering axle movements to improve maneuverability in tight spaces, reduce soil wear, increase work efficiency, and automatic safety diagnostics. The intermediate system is Smart Drive, which controls steering axles based on the angle between the tractor and the trailer and automatically locks the axles above a certain speed. Finally, at the entry level, the Easy Drive system allows manual steering of the axles for tight maneuvering, automatically switching to self-steering mode below 10 km/h.
