Oscillating axles are the most effective technical solution for heavy duty vehicles that have to operate on uneven terrains. Their structure means it is possible to equip vehicles with a virtually unlimited number of wheels. They predominantly use 17.5" wheels and can carry up to 20 tonnes per axle.
