The Italian companies
A.D.R. (Italy)
The parent company is situated in the historic site of Uboldo, where
a new and modern Research Centre operates, created by the ADR-RPF
Group to develop cutting-edge products, innovative manufacturing
methods and to research new materials and the latest technologies.
The extremely modern plants allow flexibility and automation and
they mainly produce fixed, steering and suspension axles of varying
capacity.
C.L.M. (Italy)
ADR’s spin-off company, CLM, produces and markets wheel rims which
were the first products developed by the Group. It operates in
factories located in San Pietro al Natisone, Friuli and produces
4”-10” diameter wheel rims for agricultural and industrial use
Tyred wheels are among CLM’s products and are offered in a range
which includes all of the leading brands. CLM is investing heavily
in the automation of the production plants and in the development of
WPS, its Polish subsidiary.
The European companies
Colaert Essieux (France)
COLAERT ESSIEUX joined the Group in 1990 and boasts over a
century-long history. It was founded in 1905 and mainly produces
traditional, hydraulic and pneumatic suspensions. Situated in
Northern France, it is known as the undisputed leader in the French
market but operates all over Europe. COLAERT ESSIEUX, historic
French factory, has been able to combine tradition, image, quality
and development.
ATW (Poland)
ATW was born in 1996 after the takeover of a branch of an important
Polish state-owned trailer producing company in Southern Poland. It
produces a wide range of axles and axle shafts not only for
agricultural use but also for road and industrial use with a
capacity of between 300kg and 32 tons per axle. It also markets its
own products all over Central Eastern Europe. It also supplies parts
and unfinished products to its partners.
W.P.S. (Poland)
Controlled by CLM, WPS was set up only recently in 2006. WPS
produces wheels and brake shoes of various sizes and is located in
Poland, near ATW. New products may be added in the future as the new
company develops.
Tyremart (Great Britain)
The English company, located in the centre of Great Britain was born
as a retailer of COLAERT products and related parts on the British
market. Its takeover by the Group was completed in 2000 and TYREMART
has since undergone commercial and industrial development.
It started exploring and selling to new markets and it also began
onsite production in order to adapt ADR, COLAERT and ATW products to
the specifications required by the British market.
The International companies
A.D.R. Stersa (Brazil)
ADR STERSA is a joint venture set up by ADR in 2002 with local
partners on the outskirts of San Paolo, Brazil. It aims to develop
and sell ADR products and to improve and innovate transporting
techniques of cane sugar, one of Brazil’s main agricultural products.
Changshu Saci (China)
CHANGSHU SACI is a joint venture with local Chinese partners set up
by ADR in the early 2000s in order to make raw and unfinished parts
for all of the Group's companies. It is situated on the outskirts of
the city of Changshu and currently employs around fifty people in a
factory of around 8,000m2.
Qingdao ADR (China)
ADR’s latest initiative was given the go-ahead during 2006 as the
latest investment on the Chinese market. It aims to build, in stages,
a warehouse of around 60,000m2 for producing everything from parts
to finished products, from semiaxes to road axes. It has two
objectives: to sell to partners and to develop the Chinese
industrial axle market.

The Group currently consists of nine factories situated in Italy,
France, England, Poland, China and Brazil which altogether cover an
area of 140,000 m2. They employ approximately 800 people and sell
their products in 45 nations, with an average annual growth rate of
10%.
